The Primary Bedroom is located on the top floor and holds a stunning, panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean and the iconic Cypress Tree of this retreat. The Primary Bedroom connects to a closet and double sinks with spacious vanity set. Turn right to a brand new remodeled bathroom with luxury walk in shower, and choice shower head fixtures. The second bedroom is located on the first floor, opening up to the main family room and breathtaking ocean view by double doors. This bedroom holds a luxury King size bed and connects to another freshly remodeled bathroom. Equipped with gorgeous tiled walk in shower, and brand new sink and vanity set, it is sure to please. All King sized beds are equipped with waterproof covering and layers of mattress topper. The third bedroom is a private sleeper studio accessed by the lower Patio, with yet another guaranteed ocean view. Retreat to this nook with its own cozy electric fireplace, luxury King size bed, plus a bathroom and walk in shower. This room has a designated work space equipped with a desk for your remote working. Washer/Dryer are located onsite in this room. The village is not large and is divided between the East and West side. Both sides have parking and public restroom facilities. There is a public bus available.
