Property Specific Notes Access to property via a 600m unsealed gravel driveway, uneven in places, with small gutters running across the road - guests should take care and drive slowly. Unfenced lake – available for swimming. Rural Property: Please note that under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at this or any of our rural properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms, air rifles or fireworks. This property has external security cameras located at the front door and side of the house facing the paddocks. Pets are NOT permitted at this property. WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap, but cannot be guaranteed. Enough wood will be supplied for the slow combustion wood heater for the first two burns. After that, guests can purchase top-up wood and kindling from local petrol stations, hardware stores and some supermarkets at their own cost. To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
