Tuscany villa with pool near Arezzo and Cortona

Villa Frassineta is a manor house built in the late 1800 in the bright Tuscan countryside. It is surrounded by a wide garden (about 3000 sq.meters) with many places for the relax and a large private pool (14x5 meters). The property is totally fenced and it is at tenants' exclusive disposal. The space Villa Frassineta has always belonged to our family and, after the recent renovation, we have decided to welcome all the guests who want to visit this beautiful piece of Tuscany. With the renovation we have introduced all modern comforts, still preserving the original structure and materials and the antique furniture belonged to the family. On the ground floor there are the living room with a fireplace, the dining room with a large table, the fully-equipped modern kitchen (with oven, microwaves oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and dishes), a toilet (with WC, no shower) and the laundry area (with washing machine, clothesline, iron and ironborad); on the first floor there are a small living room, the ancient kitchen with a big fireplace in stone, 3 frescoed bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room) and 2 bathrooms with shower; on the second floor there are a small living room with a single sofa-bed, 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms and 1 twin room) and 3 bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning is in every bedroom (no AC on ground floor); all bathrooms are newly built. A beautiful garden surrounds the villa, with vegetable garden, fruit trees, the private pool and many places for the relax. The patio, with large table for 16 people and barbecue, is directly accessed from the kitchen on the ground floor. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole property. Guests have exclusive access to swimming pool (opened from May the 1st to Sept. the 30th). Other things to note City tax at 3€ per person per night is included in the rate. The pool is not heated and it is open from May the 1st to September the 30th. Pool towels are not included: it is possible to require pool towels in advance at 4€ each. Heating is available from Oct. 15th to Apr. 15th for a total of 14 hours per day, according to the rules of the municipality of Arezzo. Wood for the fireplace is available and free.
