2 min walk and you're at the beach. This cosy apartment is waiting for you to spend your holidays in. Up to 7 beds, a nice terrace and a swimming pool. Close to Santocha beach, the port and restaurants. Sheets and towels are provided. The space The apartment is located in a nice property very well maintained. There is a common swimming pool cleaned 2 times per week. Up to 7 persons. The apartment layout as follow: There are 2 floors. You enter by the terrace into the living room. There is a kitchen fully equipped with dish washer, 2 stoves, oven, micro wave, fridge and freezer. There is a small bathroom with a shower, that has been recently refurbished. Next to it is the bed room with double bed. The stairs will lead you to the mezzanine where you will find the other beds. It's all open space. There is double bed, a single bed and also a couch convertible in a double bed. There is also a balcony facing the swimming pool. I also provide a small electrical barbecue, that can be used on the terrace only. For surfers, there are 2 good spots nearby. Santocha 5 min walk, and La Piste 15 min walk. 5 min drive to Hossegor's breaks, and 20 min to Seignosse's. There are 2 private parking slots in the residence. The residence is surrounded by fence and and there is an electrical gate. Guest access You have full access in the house. There is also a cellar if you would need to leave some of your big luggage or surfboards. Other things to note The Atlantic ocean can be rough sometimes. There life guards at the beaches during summer, but still when the swell is big it can be pretty dangerous out there for children. There are some beaches close by (plage de l'Estacade) where it's usually calmer. There is a surf school near the residence would you need some lessons or board rental.
