Nestled in the heart of the forest, at the edge of the slope that leads directly to the Chaudanne and centre of resort, the location of Chalet Alya is idyllic An exceptional panorama with a clear view of Méribel, a resort that will entice you. Entirely renovated in 2019, you will find all of the refinement of the alpine construction with its wooden and stone faces, balconies and terraces which light up when night falls. Enjoy the warmth and intimacy of a cosy, comfortable and modern interior The space With its 265m2, split over 4 levels, the chalet Alya offers all of the elements of comfort that you will need after a hard day on the mountain. On arrival, you can park your car in the private exterior car park with 4 spaces available. Outside and for the summer season, a petanque court, a ping-pong table, a hammac, garden furniture available. Inside to the ground floor, a massage and beauty treatment room, entirely equipped ski locker as well as a playroom and dormitory room for 4 children/games room (babyfoot). A laundry availble with wash machine/dryer. On the first floor, we find all of the communal areas: living room, TV, fireplace, dining room, open-plan kitchen that looks onto a large south facing terrace. You can enjoy the open view onto the arrival of the private slope and other snow-covered slopes, with no overlooking. On this same floor, an indoor swimming pool with large windows looking out over the garden. On the 2nd floor, we find 3 double en-suite bedrooms. On the 3rd floor, the master bedroom of 42m2. In each rooms: TV, safe, hairdryer, towel dryer, closet or dressing room, Nuxe home products, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers.
