5 Bedroom 7 Bath Exquisite Beachfront Property

Our beach house is in a prime location of Old Orchard Beach, Maine. Located 0.5 mile from the pier and hustle & bustle of the active town center. Once part of a hotel, it has since been renovated to a 5 bedroom 7 bathroom house with a walk-in elevator, reaching all three floors, game room with pool table & wet bar & most importantly open floor plan encompassing the living room, dining room & kitchen area all surrounded by large windows w/ spectacular views of the never-ending beach and ocean. The space The property design is unique - unlike any other property in the area. One might expect to see this design in the Caribbean or Palm Beach. The fact that this property is right on the beach makes it stand out from all the rest. Golden sandy beach and blue sea as far as the eye can see! Inside the beach house the open floor plan on the top level makes for a very social experience for family and friends to spend quality time together. Cooking, dining and relaxing all in the same large open area is a fun experience for everyone to enjoy. The game room with its full size pool table and wet bar enhances the social experience. Grand beach views from every room in the house make for the most tranquil of vacations! The rear of the property has been designed as an in-law apartment. 2 bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, having its own living room, dining area, full kitchen and privacy deck. One can walk down the hall from the games room through to the rear in-law apartment. Alternatively you may close this door off and have privacy / separation from your in-laws. lol. So as not to confuse anyone, the entire house comprises of 5 bedroom, 7 bathrooms. The living room furniture and outdoor furniture is all brand new (as of February 2022). Dishware, silverware, glasses, plates, coffee maker (Keurig - makes both a pot as well as individual cups) bedding, linens, towels also brand new. It is our expectation that your experience in our beach front property is comparable to that of a 5 star hotel. This exquisite beachfront property is two magnificent homes in one and are the most luxurious Old Orchard Beach Rentals available. For larger groups rent the entire property with 5-bedroomd and 7 bathrooms. For smaller parties, the in-law apartment and beach-side main house can be rented separately. The main house faces the ocean and includes 3 bedrooms, 5 baths, a large open kitchen, dining and living room, game room with pool table and bar, and ocean facing decks. The backside of the home is a 2 bedroom in-law apartment with its own kitchen, dining and living room, bathrooms, and deck. Both units together sleep 24 people. As you enter the front of the property you'll be greeted by a grand staircase and elevator. Make your way to the 3rd floor where you'll find the home's large open kitchen, dining, and living space with expansive ocean views. The kitchen features top of the line granite counters, Viking appliances, and a large island. The dining room has regular seating for 8 and can extend via glass table leaves providing room for 4 additional guests. The living room sofa has lots of room for your whole group, enjoy family movie night on the smart TV complete with Amazon Fire Stick. 2 leather chairs in the living room fold out into twin beds. Ocean facing balconies stretch the front of the home. A powder room is located near the living room. The bar, complete with pool table is located towards the back of the house. A powder room is located off the bar area. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom with king bed is the one to fight over as it includes a private ocean facing deck. The view is so expansive you can sit in bed and watch the sunrise. The ensuite bath has a tub and separate glass shower. It also has a large chaise lounge chair that opens up into a twin-bed. Bedroom 2 is next to the master and also enjoys ocean views. There's a bathroom across the hall, as well as a laundry room. Bedroom 3 is down the hall and includes a bathroom with shower. All rooms have king beds. The main house sleeps up to 10 guests. The In-Law Apartment - toward the rear of the house, is set apart from the main house by a short corridor and 2 fire-doors. The in-law apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. From the carport you'll enter the foyer and climb a set of stairs. On the 2nd floor you'll find the living space complete with open concept living, kitchen and dining room, as well as a side deck with ocean views. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen. The living room has 2 very comfortable, wide couches that often times gets slept on. Throughout the house we have 3-4 twin-size mattresses, 2 twin-size cot beds & 1 queen size air-mattress. Ideal for kids & teenagers to sleep on! They are often times placed in either of the 2 living rooms! The 3rd floor has 2 guestrooms and a bathroom. 1 room includes 2 king beds and the other has 1 king bed. A twin size day bed can be set up in the 2nd bedroom for parties needing additional space. The in-law apartment can sleep up to 10 guests and can be rented separately from the main house. Additional Amenities: All linens and towels provided. Bathroom amenities also include hair dryer, toilet paper, and basic soaps. Kitchen includes: dishware, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots & pans, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, ice maker, blender, kettle, and paper towels. Washer/Dryer in both units. Parking for up to 12 cars in carport. My wife grew up the next town over in Saco. We have a family of 4 children who have been fortunate enough to spend their summers on this beautiful, relaxing & family friendly beach! We frequently travel to Old Orchard Beach, year round! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house - including, the rear, in-law apartment section of the house, the indoor elevator, games room / pool table, wet bar, etc. and all balconies. Nothing is shared!!! Other things to note Frequently asked questions: Where are the bedrooms & bathrooms located? 1) There are 3 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor facing the ocean, of course. It has a large, private deck with two sun beds and two comfortable chairs. Inside you will find a King size bed along with a chaise lounge chair that opens up into a twin bed. In the corner of the room next to this chair you will find an armoir. Hidden inside is a TV. There is a large set of drawers and an AC/heating unit attached to the wall. Large wrap around windows with the most splendid ocean view! If you’re not a fan of the sunrise feel free to gently pull the blinds down. You will find a large walk-in closet to store your suitcases and unpack your clothes that need hanging up. Additional blankets may be found here. Across from the closet is the exquisite granite stone, ensuite bathroom. You will find a large, jacuzzi bathtub, glass, walk-in shower with a one-inch lip. It also has a TV. If you hear the door bell ring you will find a phone with a video screen attached so you can see who is at the door. 2) Just outside the ensuite master bedroom is bedroom number two, a large bedroom with its' own closet king size bed and TV. Just across from this bedroom is a full size bathroom. Adjacent to the bathroom is the laundry room where you will find a monstrously large washer & dryer. Purchased in Dec 2021. 3) Walk down the hall past the staircase and you will find bedroom number 3. A King size bed with 2 large closet, TV and its' own ensuite bathroom. 4& 5) Bedrooms 4 & 5 are located on the 3rd floor just down the hallway from the games room where the pool table & TV are located. There are 2 sets of doors that can be closed off to seperate the rear section of the property. We call this the in-law apartment. Bedroom 4 is on the right hand side. It has a King size bed, large closet & TV. And a nice view of the ocean! Bedroom 5 is at the end of this hallway. It has two King size beds, TV & large closet, and a seaview. These two bedrooms share a full size bathroom. Walk down the rear staircase and you will arrive in the "in-law" living room area, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bathroom. There is a washer & dryer in this bathroom. The busiest bathroom in the entire property is the 1/2 bathroom located in the hallway in between the living room and the games room with the pool table. This is the bathroom that has the black sink and toilet. There is another 1/2 bathroom next to the pool table. The living room furniture and outdoor furniture is all brand new (as of February 2022). The elevator! You don't need to use the elevator as the beautiful staircase is wide and not very steep at all.
