Relax with the family in this 1920's home steps away from the beach and the bay. Located in the quiet neighborhood of Peninsula Point, you will enjoy many memories in our home. Whether playing games at the dining table, enjoying a meal on the patio, or relaxing with a glass of wine by the firepit in the evening, you will come away with an incredible love of this little slice of paradise on Peninsula Point. Paddleboards, bikes, EV/Tesla chargers, golf cart and other amenities offered. The kitchen is stocked with all you will need to cook as much, or as little, as you wish during your stay. Hotel quality beds and linens give our home the extra touch you will enjoy during your beach getaway. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, a surfboard, sand toys and a wagon are all provided. Simply unpack your things and you are ready to enjoy a vacation at the beach. This quiet neighborhood is great for taking a jog, walking on the beach, or riding your bike into Balboa or Newport to dine at one of the many restaurants. Ride bikes or take the golf cart over to Balboa Island. We are a text or phone call away, should you long for anything during your stay. Quiet neighborhood. No parties allowed. Great neighborhood for walking and jogging. We have 7 bikes for your use during your stay. A golf cart is also provided to get around the peninsula and over to Balboa Island. Street parking is usually available, but we do have a garage with one small space and a carport in the back of the house.
