You have a parking spot in front of the apartment, alongside the garage. There are stairs to get into the apartment and it is a private entrance with a keyed entry. Wifi included. Smart TV has Netflix and Hulu to log in to your own account. The apartment is pet-free, for our future guest's enjoyment. You have the whole apartment to yourself. You can park on the paved area in front of the stairs. Cars fit best if they park with the door next to the stairs.
