This gem of a tiny house is perfectly located in Brockport! Walking distance for visitors to SUNY Brockport, and minutes from restaurants and pubs. Guest access This home is centrally located in Brockport, a half block from the Erie canal. For cyclists, it is perfectly situated if you are navigating the bike path. For motorists, access is from Route 31 on the south end of Brockport. Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the house. Other things to note I am pet friendly - open to one cat/dog. The fee is $20/night and is requested a few days prior to check-in. The garage is not easily accessible but could be made available for longer-term stays.
