Only a 10min drive to Michigan International Speedway, and 40min to Michigan Stadium. A large 15 person, 24 foot pontoon boat is kept on the property and available for rent upon request. Guest access The Boathouse is located on US-12, directly next door to Evans Lake Resort, separated by a privacy fence. Evans lake is a Private lake with no public access. An extra large 15 person, 24 foot pontoon boat is kept on the property and available for rent upon request. No additional watercrafts are permitted for guests to bring to Evans Lake. Other things to note The property includes well water treated with a water softener. Well-behaved dogs are allowed for a $250 fee per dog during booking. Our westward neighbor stores there boat on the west side of our shared dock.
