PRICING DISCLAIMER The base price of $500 USD is for 4 guests, with an additional charge of $90 USD per extra guest per night. We open rooms based on double occupancy, following this structure: For 4 guests, choose 2 rooms in the main house from the Main Bedroom, In Front of Pool Bedroom, La Casita Bedroom, or Kids Bedroom. For 5 to 6 guests, choose 3 rooms in the main house. For 7 to 8 guests, all 4 bedrooms in the main house are available, or you can exchange the Kids Bedroom for the Studio. For 9 to 10 guests, 5 rooms are available, and you may exchange the Kids Bedroom for the Studio, with the Penthouse also included. For 11 or more guests, all 6 rooms are open, and futons can be arranged in common areas if needed. Please note: any rooms not opened for your group remain closed and are never rented to anyone else, ensuring complete privacy for your stay.
