The space ★★INDOORS★★ This completely renovated Lake Wylie home is everything you need for the perfect getaway! Five spacious bedrooms including a spa-like primary BR/bath, bunk beds in one BR with a separate playroom for the kiddos, and comfortable dining for 10+ people. Fully stocked kitchen with a regular coffee pot and a single cup ability using grounds (coffee, creamer provided). There are 4 Smart TV's throughout the home set up to stream your favorites. The sectional couch in the living room is SUPER cozy and comfortable! ★★OUTDOORS★★ Experience the huge rear deck which features with newly installed string lights overlooking the campground like back yard and lake. The perfect setting for the perfect vacation. **Pontoon boat rental available onsite!! Just ask us...** Separate RV/camper pad with water and electric hookups (30 amp and 50 amp) is available along with parking enough for 11 cars and EV charger hookup (50 amp plug for RVs doubles as this). Room to roam on over half an acre of land with charming front porch, lakeside entertaining areas and more! Other things to note * Pets allowed with host approval and non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet. * Smoking/Vaping allowed OUTSIDE only - $500 fine for any remnants of smoking inside. - *If you are not renting the Pontoon boat, please do not board the boat and consider it to be off-limits.* * Use of lake, beach, dock, deck, and anything else on the property are at your own risk - no lifeguard on duty. *Pack N Play and high chair are always available at the property. ***EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS*** We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request. This will depend on the property and the cleaner's availability. We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee. ***Check-Out Time & Late Departure Policy*** Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.** We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays. **Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which helps make for a smoother check-in process.** Trust & Safety: *As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
