Located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, this spacious residence offers multiple gathering areas, wooded and mountain views, and a newly added deck with private hot tub (Summer 2024). Please note: The home is currently undergoing interior updates. Furnishings and finishes may vary slightly from existing listing photos. Main Living Level - The main level serves as the central gathering space of the home, designed for both relaxation and entertaining. - Living room with stone fireplace - Large picture windows with wooded views on one side and mountain views on the other - Two separate seating areas - Dining table with seating for 10 - Spacious, well-equipped kitchen - Bedroom with Queen bed - Full bathroom - Den with sofa sleeper and desk Upper Level – Primary Suite - Accessed by its own staircase, the primary suite offers privacy and separation from the other bedrooms - King bed - En suite full bathroom - Mountain views & generous natural light Upper Level – Guest Bedrooms - A second staircase leads to the additional sleeping areas: - Bedroom 2: Two twin beds that may be arranged as a king upon request - Bedroom 3: One twin bed - Landing area: Twin daybed with trundle - Shared full bathroom - This configuration provides flexibility for families or mixed groups while keeping sleeping areas thoughtfully separated This home does not feature air conditioning. The cool mountain climate and natural airflow typically maintain comfortable interior temperatures during summer months. Fans are provided in each bedroom for additional airflow. In the winter, enjoy seamless access to some of the finest skiing terrain in North America. During the warmer months, explore the nearby Grand Teton National Park or take advantage of the summer activities at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, including hiking, downhill mountain biking, and paragliding. Teton Village is also home to a vibrant après-ski scene, with numerous dining options and live music at the world-famous Mangy Moose Saloon. Whether you're looking to relax or adventure, this well-appointed condo provides the perfect base to experience all that northwestern Wyoming has to offer. Please Note: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a year-round operational facility. Guests may experience occasional noise from avalanche control, or other resort infrastructure at any time. After completing your booking, you will receive a digital rental agreement by email. To secure your reservation, please review and sign the agreement within 48 hours. Reservations may be subject to cancellation if the agreement is not signed within this timeframe. Amenities & Access - Private hot tub - New deck (added Summer 2024) - Wooded setting with mountain views - Parking available on site - 4WD or AWD vehicles strongly recommended during winter months Important Policies - Exterior video monitoring may be present at entrances or exterior living areas - Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter vans, and RVs may be restricted; please confirm prior to arrival - Pets are not permitted in short-term rental properties. Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation - Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation - Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval Guest access Guests have full use of the entire property with exception of marked locked owner storage. Any limitations to exterior space access will be posted in the digital house book. Please do not leave or store any food, food containers or coolers outside and maintain closed doors and garage doors (if applicable) at all times. Garbage locations may be shared and are not to be used for storage. Other things to note **For bookings of 30 nights or more, final availability is subject to homeowner approval.
