3's Company Villa Janet 1 Blk to Gulf

Manasota Key is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf Coast. "Villa Janet" is only 1 block to the Gulf of Mexico and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. Janet has a king size bed and a couch with a pull out queen sofa bed. "Villa Jack" is a 1 bedroom- with king bed and one bath with a walk in shower. Each unit has its own private entrance and a shared area in the back with outdoor furniture, grill and laundry. The space Manasota Key is one of the best kept secrets on the Gulf coast. The Villa's are only 1 block to the Gulf and walking distance to the local restaurants and shopping. We have 2 Villas that can be rented individually or as a group. "Villa Janet" and "Villa Jack" are 1 bedrooms w/pull-out couch (they both have king beds) and 1 bath (sleeps 4). Each unit has its own private entrance and a shared area in the back with outdoor furniture and grill. There is a share washer and dryer plus an ice machine for your use. We also have for your enjoyment: Bikes, kayaks and paddle boards. The beds are very comfortable and the beach is right there! 6 restaurants are all within walking distance. The Marina has boat rentals if you so desire. We also have a community golf cart, "Stumpy's" that is free and you can just call and they will pick you up. Thursdays are our weekly farmer's market on Dearborne Street. Many places to enjoy! Hope to see you soon. Guest access Mostly everything is in walking distance. The restaurants are all down the street along with a marina that you can rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, and paddle boards. The public beach is also walking distance that has a playground for children. The beach access for this unit is private and can be accessed across the street on Meredith. Other things to note We also have an outdoor shower for your use. Each unit also has a hose next to it for you to rinse prior to entering your Villa. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for your use, please rinse them when you are done as the salt water can be harsh on them.
