We provide a kayak and two paddle boards to have fun in the lake. Feel free to swim! This house has modern vibes and a fully renovated equipped kitchen. There's a game room with a pool table and Smart TV's in the living room and in the 4 bedrooms. The space BEDROOMS: 1. Master Bedroom with a KING SIZE BED, a 60" Smart TV, access to a full private with a hot tub and a pool/lake view. 2. THE HOUSE HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect. THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY. Guest access The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities. Also to the lake with our paddle boards and kayak. Other things to note - This property is pet friendly. $300 per pet - If you want the pool to be heated, request it 48 hours prior arrival. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate.
