(Although the home sleeps 6, we can often accommodate families with small children up to 8 guests maximum.) Parking: There is plenty of room for 2 vehicles to be parked in front of the garage. (Sorry, the garage is not available). You can usually find at least 1 additional spot for parking around the pool. Be sure to keep a parking pass in car. Boat and RV parking are not allowed in Sunserra, but ask about dry boat storage near the marina for a fee of approximately $40/nt. THINGS TO DO AT CRESCENT BAR: * Swimming and enjoy the Hot Tub just steps from the door * Sunbathing and swimming at one of Crescent Bar's beautiful public beaches and parks * Golf challenging and scenic 9 Hole Par 3 Golf Course in Sunserra or Crescent Bar Recreational Course * Rent boats or jet skis to explore the sandy beaches and Quilomene aka the Sand Dunes on the Columbia River * Bring your own boat and launch at the new marina just 3 blocks from the Townhome (Boat/RV parking available at off-site locations - please inquire about locations and pricing) * Enjoy world class concerts at the Gorge Amphitheatre a short 25 min drive from the home * Fish the Columbia River for bass, salmon, sturgeon and more! * Basketball, Pickle Ball and Tennis at Sunserra's semi-private parks * Enjoy great food and drinks at Sunserra's Sunfire Grill or Tower Pizza near the marina The Sunserra heated pools and hot tubs are open weather permitting, typically starting in May through September. The hot tubs are typically open year-round. (Please no party groups that would disturb the neighbors. Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted. This home is protected with external security cameras outside of the house.)
