Summer season begins on May 14th and ends on September 30th. Rentals during this period have a 1 week minimum requirement and begin on Friday. Short term rentals (under 1 week) are available during the midweek only in the summer season. Academic rentals run October 1st - May 14th. Shorter term rentals may be booked during that time but not at the academic rate.
