A 20 min drive takes you to Convict Lake, where you can rent a boat or fish out on the clear water. The spacious 3 story condo offers a chic farmhouse inspired kitchen and cozy mountain decor throughout. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating gathered around a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. From here, you can access the balcony to breathe in the fresh mountain air! The kitchen is steps away and features a wide farmhouse style sink, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, and more. Enjoy homemade meals and gather around the dining table to exchange stories about your day. A shared bathroom is also on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. Both bedrooms have a Queen bed, TV, and their own en suite bathroom. Upstairs on the 3rd floor is the loft with 2 Twin over Full bunk beds, great for the kids! Chamonix has several amenities to check out during your vacation. There are 2 unassigned parking space, a club house with a pool table, a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub. The pool and BBQ stations are only open during the summer. Some of these amenities may not be available due to COVID. TOT-05960-0130 One key for the Pool/Recreation center is hanging on the the key hook. Please replace prior to departure. $75 replacement fee will be accrued to you if key is lost. Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
