Irish Belles is directly across from the University of Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s College campuses. Can we walk to Notre Dame Stadium? Yes. Notre Dame Stadium is approximately 1.4 miles away, about a 30-minute scenic walk through campus. Is parking included? Yes. The attached garage accommodates 2 small to midsize vehicles, with additional free street parking available. Grass parking is permitted during Notre Dame home football weekends. Does every bedroom have a private bathroom? Yes. All 3 bedrooms have their own private full bathroom, plus there is an additional half bath on the main floor. What is the Game Day Garage? It’s your private tailgate space with a 65" Roku TV, bar seating, mini fridge, cornhole, ladder toss, tailgate chairs, footballs and a charcoal grill. How many guests can Irish Belles accommodate? Up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Is Irish Belles good for families visiting Notre Dame? Yes. The layout works especially well for football weekends, graduation, move-in, Parents Weekend, campus visits and alumni gatherings. Is EV Charging available? Yes. Free Level 2 EV charging with NEMA 14-50 outlet + J1772 charging cord provided. Are pets or parties allowed? No. Irish Belles is pet-free and parties or unapproved gatherings are not permitted. Guest access Irish Belles is entirely yours during your stay. You’ll have private access to all three floors, all three bedroom suites, both living rooms, the kitchen, private laundry room and attached Game Day Garage. Self check-in is easy with a smart lock. There are no shared spaces and no on-site hosts. Other things to note Before You Book • Irish Belles is a 3-story townhome with stairs. • Primary booking guest must be 25+ and stay at the property. • A signed rental agreement, valid ID and security deposit hold are required after booking. • Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance and parking areas. There are no interior cameras. • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for weather, event cancellations and other unexpected travel disruptions.
