More services added regularly, keep checking back! Guest access The property and house is yours to roam and relax. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • A/C The property is cooled by central AC and heat that will help keep the temperature enjoyable for your stay. • WIFI Please note that the wifi can be spotty and come in and out due to the remote location • STAR GAZING For viewing of the night sky, it is best to keep all lighting to a minimum. This includes lighting inside the house that can bleed out the night sky. Moonless nights are of course the best. • POOL The pool is a cowboy tub, not a full size pool. They are used for sitting and soaking in water. It is not operable during the winter months and is only available April - October, it is cold-water-only. • FIRE Due to the location and a current outside wood burning fire ban there is a strict no outside fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outdoor wooden fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. THERE IS A PROPANE FIRE PIT FOR YOUR USE AND ENJOYMENT AND IT CAN BE USED YEAR-ROUND. • HOT TUB and POOL - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us. That includes day guests and over night guests.
