The space This property is an open studio style concept with a king bed, a living area with a sofa and kitchen as well as a spacious private master bathroom with a large walk in shower with dual shower heads. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including appliances, cooking utensils and place settings for 2. The cottages features a smart TV, Wifi and 24/7 access. This cottage has a full bathroom furnished with towels, washcloths, a hair dryer and a complimentary toiletry kit. Facing the east, you’ll be able to enjoy the sunrise from your private porch or beaming through the windows as you wake up in the morning. As local owners, we are available as needed for our guests and are glad to give recommendations on area attractions or restaurants. Guest access K4C is located at the tip of Hoover Drive and doesn't have through traffic, when arriving at our property you will pull through our entryway gate and find our cottages tucked behind the pines. The Milk Barn on the southwest corner of the property is guest accessible in the lower half with the same unique code used to access your private cottage. The Milk Barn houses both laundry and additional amenities; both are available on a first come, first serve basis. Other things to note We have six themed cottages on premises that are open and operating, they can host a number of guests anywhere from 2-11, each guest over the 4th incurs a $10 per night fee. The Stables, Beach House, City Loft, Modern Farm House, Lodge and Honeymoon Hideaway. The seventh structure at K4C is known as the Milk Barn, this cottage is our storage and guest accessible laundry. In the center of our circle drive you can find fire pits with wood to utilize, and our picnic area. Check-in is at 3 pm, Check-out is at 11 am.
