Tastefully renovated modern, spacious, and fully detached guesthouse centrally located a mile from the center of downtown Boise and ½ mile from Boise's whitewater park. The perfect base camp for your Boise adventures and a peaceful haven after fun filled days strolling the nearby greenbelt, hiking/biking in the foothills, or exploring Boise's downtown. Cook in the kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants for your meals. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while you plan your next adventure. The space The keyless locks make check-in to our quiet and peaceful retreat hassle free. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and more including a Nespresso coffee maker, common spices, oils, and gadgets to assist you in meals. The large bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a separate water closet, and a full-size washer and dryer. The oversized living space includes a queen-sized pull-out couch tastefully separated from the sleeping area. The sleeping area boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed with headboard offering built in lights and charging ports. All spaces benefit from high vaulted ceilings. Guest access Guests have access to the entire guesthouse, front patio, and, weather permitting, two bicycles. Street parking is available directly in front of the guesthouse There is also a small parking space just outside the back door that works well for smaller cars and SUVs. Other things to note Guests enjoy complimentary coffee, fast internet (WiFi & ethernet), and Youtube TV (includes local and national channels as well as HBO). Guests are free to stream other content using their own accounts. Bicycles and paddleboards may be available on request. The owners live onsite.
