The space Letsstay York Our Cleveland property consists of a private entrance that leads you directly into the property. On entering this period property you will find a beautiful bright dining room with oak parquet flooring and a dining table to seat four guests. To your left is the modern carpeted living room with a three-seater sofa and smart TV. Moving on back to the kitchen, a fully equipped modern bright kitchen with a cooker, fridge, small freezer, Dualit toaster, and kettle, everything you will need for your short stay. The kitchen has a handmade black sliding barn door and exterior stable door to let even more of the sunshine into the kitchen. Leading upstairs you will find two bedrooms, one king size bed and panelling detail and one double bed. Each room is light and bright with storage. You will fall in love with the large modern bathroom with a 2-metre walk-in rainfall shower, large vanity unit sink, WC, and toiletries provided. The front of the property offers free on-street parking for one car and the back of the property has a beautiful south-facing walled courtyard with seating for four to enjoy, under the night-lit pergola. Cleveland has been finished with our guests in mind, with a blend of contemporary furniture and fittings in a traditional building offering a unique experience for every guest. Cleveland is close to ‘Bishy Road’ Bishopthorp Road, a popular cosmopolitan destination just south of the ancient walls of York, a short walk from the city centre.
