Small cozy studio in the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park, on the Ardéchoise trail, the Capelune gîte is an integral part of our typical stone house, recently renovated. Located on a hillside with a river below, it has a separate entrance, kitchenette, private terrace with beautiful views of the valley. Ideal central accommodation to discover all of Ardèche, (high plateaus, ancient volcanoes, rivers, waterfalls, hamlets of character). The space Our house "La Capelune" overlooks the pretty village of Burzet at 600 meters above sea level. Our studio is about 18 m2 so very comfortable for up to 2 people, much less for 3. (Young children ok) It has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom/WC, quality bedding, and the window overlooks the garden. For the colder period, the studio has electric heating (supplement €8/day)   You can also rent our 2-person guest room in the same house if available. It is accessed at the end of a path (ancient Roman road) regularly used by the goats of our neighbor Josette and by hikers. You will be in the heart of nature, in a forest landscape, punctuated by faysses and calades carved by the ancients. Guests can enjoy this relaxing place in a green environment, lulled by the chirping of birds and the gentle rustling of the river below. You will be surrounded by nature but close to the village of Burzet and its easily accessible shops. (15-minute walk) In addition, you are in the heart of Ardèche, so an ideal place to move around easily and visit the North or the South Guest access When you arrive at the exact address, you'll find the small hamlet below. You can park your car at the parking space reserved for guests (I will guide you) and you will go down the small path to the last house (blue shutters) where I will welcome you Other things to note As the house is built on a hill, there are terraces with a height of 1 to 1.5 meters and stairs that are not very practical for people with reduced mobility. On the other hand, the nearest gas station and bank distributors are 20 minutes away in Lalevade. So plan ahead. The area is full of activities and hikes for nature lovers, families or athletes. It's also a fisherman's paradise in summer, mushroom pickers and hunters in autumn.
