Relax in this quiet home-base for your LA visit with fast reliable wifi, custom decor and many luxury amenities. Comfortable modern furniture, TV with sound system, dramatic lighting with dimmers for a comfortable environment. Lush exotic plants fill window boxes and enliven every corner. Comfortable pillow-top queen mattress with soft egyptian cotton sheets in each of the 2 bedrooms. Always the perfect temperature in every room with new central A/C and heater. Guest access Park right in front of the house and enter the private modernist courtyard through a lockable gate facing the street on the same level. Plenty of safe street parking right in front. The backyard is not accessible. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: 1. No smoking/drug use of any kind on the property, inside or outside. No open flames in this high fire hazard area 2. Large gatherings or parties of 8+ people are strictly prohibited by LA County regulations. Guests who violate this will be asked to leave immediately. 3. This is a quiet neighborhood. Guests will be asked to leave if there are any noise complaints from the neighbors after 10 p.m. 4. No animals. 5. Do not flush "flushable" wipes down the toilet as they will clog the plumbing. Please note there is a guest apartment on the floor below with a separate entry on the opposite side of the house to ensure privacy.
