Floral Cottage, near the Sandwich and Pegwell Bay nature reserve, is on the Viking Way coastal walking and cycling trail. Cliff top pubs close by and the Western Undercliff beach is a short walk. Ramsgate's centre and lively marina is an easy 1.25 mile walk. Relax in the cosy living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and recently refurbished bathroom. It is an excellent base for exploring Thanet, with Broadstairs, Margate and Sandwich a short drive away. The space The house dates from the 1830s. In its long history it has been used as a florist and tea gardens, as well as residential accommodation. It has a 100ft garden with a bee-friendly wildflower boarder and a picnic table for alfresco eating in the shade of a mature apple tree. Free parking is available in the street about 30 seconds walk up the road from the house. Inside the cottage the ground floor has a living room with wood-burning stove and two sofas (one is a sofabed), plus dining table. Broadband Internet access via wifi is available. The living room leads to a modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave and fan assisted ovens. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other twin singles), and a recently fitted bathroom with shower over bath.
