My place is in the middle of nature and close to everything. Hiking, cross country skiing and mountain-biking start from the houses door. Siegsdorf city for daily shopping is 5 min drive. Next little lake for a swim is found in 10km and Chiemsee beach in a 20min drive. Ideal for relxed winter sport activities. Ski lifts, ice skating at Ruhpolding, Inzell, Berchtesgaden , Reit im Winkel and more are found in 6-35km. In spring, summer and autumn You can enjoy hiking at its best. Guest access The holiday home with its beautiful garden is completely at your disposal On the ground floor You find the kitchen, living room with large corner sofa (2 extra beds for the 4 beds in the upper bedrooms), large south-facing balcony, from which a steep ladder leads directly into the garden (no liability) and bathroom with bathtub. From the living room on the ground floor you can reach the first floor in the gable via a steep staircase with staggered steps (jazz staircase, no liability). There is a bedroom on the left with 2 beds and a small balcony. Adjacent, separated by a door, is the master bedroom with a king-size bed under a distinctive triangular window. The house is surrounded by a large, private, well-grown and fenced garden with a small pond, charcoal baking and smoking grill, hammock and beer bench (no liability). Parking on the small parking space at the house for small cars or 200m below on the collective parking lot at the creek. Here you will also find the garbage cans. Other things to note For shopping and going around You will need a car. Next shopping possibility in 4 km in the little city of Siegsdorf.
