Modern open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area opening up on to the deck where you can enjoy a ‘sundowner’ whilst preparing dinner on the Weber gas barbecue. Alternatively, unleash your culinary talents in the well equipped kitchen. Kids can amuse themselves in the playroom/ excursion planning room just off the living area or playing table tennis in the garage (adults can join in of course!) On cooler winter evenings cozy up to the gas fire and appreciate the double glazing, full insulation and heat pump…! Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (one with en suite) with king size mattresses and a bunk room with 4 king single beds. (All beds are new.) There’s also a family bathroom with full size bath and separate shower. Plenty of parking including a car port- room for the boat! We also have a 7Kwh electric vehicle charger with type 2 cable -please enquire if you’d like to use this. Kids can scoot/ cycle on the large driveway or play on the small lawn. (Please note that the garden is not fenced…) Great location on a quiet street in ‘old Wanaka’ a mere 15 minutes walk in to town or 10 minutes to the lake. Numerous mountain bike tracks nearby. Easy access to both Cardrona and Treble Cone Ski Fields (approx 30 mins drive to access roads) and all that Wanaka/ the Queenstown Lakes district has to offer.
