The main bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has a King Single and a Single, and the fourth bedroom has two Singles. The family bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity is off the hallway. The ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity are adjacent to the main bedroom. A large living/dining space with huge flatscreen TV is in the main living room. The kitchen is fully renovated, with new appliances and a very functional built in laundry shares the space. All the mod cons are provided so that your holiday is ‘less work and more play.’ The outside living area will not disappoint. With large undercover verandah, a swimming pool, built in outdoor kitchen with sink, drinks fridge and hooded BBQ. The gardens are newly landscaped and there is plenty of front parking for a large boat and two vehicles. No pets are allowed on this property. This property is not fully fenced at this time.
