As you enter, a small hallway with a coat closet leads you to the cozy living room. To the right, you'll find a hallway that leads to the bedrooms. The first two bedrooms feature comfortable full-size beds, while the third bedroom offers two queen beds and a SmartTV for entertainment. There are two full bathrooms with tub/shower combos and toilets for your convenience. In the living space, you can enjoy a 50" RokuSmart TV, two queen-size pullout couches, and a comfortable chair. The adjacent eat-in kitchen provides seating for four, and beyond that is the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. Step out through the back door to a newly built deck, where you can relax on the seating, gather around the picnic table, and savor delicious meals prepared on the grill. Please note that the yard does not have a fence. We kindly request no smoking and no parties to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests. Guests will have full and private access to the driveway, home, and yard. We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in. For families with loved ones at Fort Jackson, the military base is conveniently located just a thirty-minute drive southeast. This is a residential area, so we recommend driving, just know that Uber and Lyft can be available in the area as well. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
