This association is quiet, so please no loud groups or late nights, NO PETS The space Please no late nights or loud noise. We are seeking long term rentals month to month. We require a good neighbor policy and to follow condo association regulation which require No Pets. The place is nicely appointed, high end furniture and finishing, cozy beds, memory foam. Fireplace to use with candles only. Top Two floors and space between the units, so its very quite, private inside and extremely close to town and easy access to RT 95. From June 15 to Labor Day, checkout is at 10 AM to allow enough time for cleaning and same-day turnovers during our busiest season. With high demand and limited cleaners, this helps ensure the property is ready and up to standard for incoming guests. Guest access Parking, the townhouse and back deck. Other things to note You have a mailbox and access to dumpster. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
