The home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, spacious at 1400 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with no step to entrance. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: main entrance, bedroom with full size bed, ensuite bathroom w/shower, garage (not available for guest use except for emergency access to electric panel/furnace & internet). Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Living room with two sets of sofa (one sofa is a full size pull out bed), dining, kitchen, half bath. Air conditioned • Third Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, both with ensuite bathrooms. Laundry. Air conditioned. **Home Highlights** • Dedicated parking spot plus ample street parking • Central A/C (Newly installed!) to beat the summer heat • Great floor plan - bed & bath on different levels, three bedrooms each with attached bathrooms • Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • High quality bed, mattress, pillows & linens for comfortable sleeping • Smart TV for streaming. • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs Guest access Guest will have access to the entire townhome with private entrance, except for the garage. The garage is finished and cannot be used for parking. It is not part of the rental, only permitted for emergency access to electric panel or furnace when necessary. There is parking outside of the unit on the driveway. Other things to note "**About the Reservation** • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. **Additional Info About the Home** • Garage is not part of the rental; there is dedicated parking on the private driveway (tandem parking for 2 small cars or one large car) • The unit is at the intersection of two main roads. There will be some road noise when you open the bedroom windows. We provide ear plugs so you can have a better sleep. • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. **House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
