There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc. The space The Escanaba/Gladstone bicycle/walking path runs adjacent to property. The front porch overlooks lake Michigan, with a fantastic sunrise view. Several lake water access points are nearby, to launch kayaks, boats or snowmobiles. Four bicycles (with locks) and two kayaks are included for use for touring/enjoying the local area! This home has been freshly updated/renovated, it has a full shower/bath attached to master suite, with second half-bath on opposite side of home.
