The space The Coach house is a unique and quirky grade II listed building located within the grounds by the Longham lakes. It has a large and spacious kitchen with dining for up to 8 with back door to the secluded and fenced garden with option of hot tub and large outdoor table with lounge style seating. Charcoal BBQ, bar style seating around the palm tree and a fire pit makes it the perfect place to spend your summer evenings. The garage has been converted into a rustic games room with pool table and dartboard Eclectic and peaceful lounge with 50inch SMART TV with patio doors to the garden. Bedroom 3 (double bed) is located on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Upstairs: Bed 1 is a huge space with king size bed, Day bed (used as a single or double) en-suite shower. Bed 2 is a good size double bedroom with separate bathroom next door with bath and overhead shower Guest access Parking for up to 2 cars outside the front door and a further 2 cars by the back garden. Private secluded and fenced garden. Other things to note There is a £100 charge for use of the hot tub between the months of April-end of September. Between October-end of March the fee increases to £120 for up to 3 nights and £150 for up to 7 nights as the company we use will only come out and set the tub up if required? During the Summer the tub remains on site? If you do require the hot tub please ensure we are made aware so we can get it prepared for you. We require at least 72 hours notice for this, Please also note if there is a same day changeover we will need to empty the tub, refill and re-heat so it may not reach maximum temperature by check in on the day of check in There is one large SMART TV in the lounge, a SMART TV in bedroom 1 and 2
