This cabin was recently remodeled to maximize your comfort in the mountains while still enjoying cabin living. 🌟BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS🌟 Your group of seven will sleep comfortably thanks to the two bedrooms with king size beds and additional sleeping spaces in the living room and game room. The upstairs master bedroom features a cozy king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, a dresser, a vanity, and a small desk. It offers access to a small private deck overlooking the beautiful nature and has an ensuite bathroom and a jacuzzi tub too. The bedroom on the main floor is outfitted with a king-size bed, a flatscreen TV, a large mirror, and a ceiling fan. It’s just steps from the second full bathroom in the home which features a shower/bathtub combo. The sleeper sofa in the living room and daybed with a pullout in the game room are comfortable sleeping options. 🌟KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM🌟 Channel your inner chef and whip up tasty meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll have all the basic appliances like a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher at your disposal, along with some extras like a blender and a toaster. There's a separate coffee bar complete with a keurig and coffee maker, mugs, and condiments. Gather around the dining room table and enjoy your meals and morning coffee looking at the lush surroundings from the kitchen windows. The living room is perfect for relaxing and offers plush furnishings, a fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV. 🌟GAME ROOM🌟 The game room is a fun place for kids and adults to hang out. You’ll find a pool table, an arcade game, and a mini-fridge for sodas, beers, or both! There’s also a flatscreen TV mounted on the wall if you want to watch the game while you are here. Seating is available on the day bed or in the small bar area. Feel free to peruse our collection of board games and have a family game night back in the living room. 🌟DECKS🌟 You can access the main deck from the living room and the game room. Breathe in the fresh mountain air with a steaming cup of coffee in hand or simply relax in one of the rocking chairs. Cook up some tasty meals on the gas BBQ grill to switch up your lunches or dinner, and finish up a fun day with a deep soak in the bubbling hot tub. There is another small deck upstairs off the master bedroom to enjoy the views. Guest access You will have private access to the entire cabin, so feel free to make yourself at home. A personalized code for the front door will be sent to you 24 hours before arrival. Hillside Haven is located in Sky Harbor Community. Parts of the drive will be curvy/winding and include a couple steep portions. 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains are recommended to get up to the cabin during the winter season in the event of inclement weather. The driveway is steep, but can fit between 2-3 vehicles depending on size. Other things to note 🐻 ENTRY Front door has an electronic keypad in which you will enter your personalized key code. Check in anytime after 4pm EST. Check out is at 10am EST. No late check out or early check in. Must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager OwnerRez. 🐻 INTERNET/CABLE Extremely fast high speed wireless internet 4 New TVs (60 inch in living - w/cable, Other 3 in bedrooms and game room) All TVs are Roku smart TVs (Netflix, Disney +, etc) You can log right in to your account. 🐻 LAUNDRY Full size washer and dryer. Laundry detergent pods not provided. 🐻 AMENITIES Our cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, dish washer soap, kitchen can liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and bathroom can liners. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items when the initial supply runs out. Toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste and floss are not provided. 🐻 TRASH Please place all trash in trash bags and place in the bear proof trash container on the front porch. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick ups. Our cleaners pick up trash after every stay. 🐻 HOT TUB Glass is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! 🐻 GAMES Pool table Board games located on shelf in game room 🐻 SECURITY Ring Floodlight Security Camera at the front door facing the driveway NO indoor cameras 🐻 PETS Up to 2 pets allowed. Well behaved & housetrained pets are welcome with prior approval of 125$ per stay per pet upto 2 pets. The guest's dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags. Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur. Cabin towels are NOT to be used for pets. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Do NOT leave your dog at the cabin unattended. (unless you bring crate). If guests' dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily. Guests must pick up after their dogs and discard waste properly. Please respect our neighbor's yard and pick up after your dog. Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any "accidents" their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage. Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes. 🐻 SMOKING Absolutely NO Smoking indoors 🐻 REFUNDS We do not offer refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. 🐻 WILDLIFE Since the cabin is located in the wilderness area, you will likely see and hear critters. We try our best to prevent pests with a comprehensive pest control process and monthly treatments, but you still may see millipedes in the cabin. Please help prevent it by closing entry doors when not in use. Lastly, it is not uncommon to encounter wildlife animals, such as bears while staying in cabins in the Smoky Mountains. Please keep your distance. Close your car windows and lock the doors. Do not leave food in the car or unattended outside the cabin.
