Just a few blocks to downtown and to the free bus up to the ski resort. Hiking, mountain biking, and cross country trails start within 1/2 block. Small but luxurious with many modern amenities, including wood floors and ceiling, in-floor heating, granite topped counters, beautiful front yard and porch, new appliances, gas fireplace and more. Wood floors just installed in the bedrooms. This is a place to come back to in years to come as more amenities are added. 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. 1 queen bed, 1 king bed. Large Living/Kitchen/Dining Room upstairs, bedrooms are downstairs. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The living room upstairs has a queen sleeper sofa and a powder room. The house does have wifi. The free shuttle stops nearby at the Four Way Stop in town which is only 2 1/2 blocks to the house. The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind. The 5% booking fee will not be refunded. If you have to cancel your reservation within the 30 day non-refundable window, we will try to re-rent the property for you, with your written permission. If successful, we will refund you the amount we were able to generate during the same dates as your reservation, minus the 5% booking fee. There is no guarantee implied that we will be able to re-rent the property to another guest.
