The space The villa is contemporary in style, with modern furnishings and flooded with natural light. Patio doors lead from the living room to the garden terrace, whilst the master bedroom on the first floor boasts a balcony overlooking the pool area. The outside space is equally as appealing, with an inviting private heated pool* and shaded dining area, ideal for evening BBQs amongst friends and family! Villa Belladonna couldn’t be better located, as it is within easy walking distance to a large shopping centre and a selection of local restaurants. Please note, an internal staircase leads to the garage on the lower ground floor. Access to the bedroom, shower room and utility is off the garage. Accessibility - To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide and 1 step. The front door has a width of 88cm. The width of the door leading to the pool terrace is 110cm wide, whilst the terrace and pool are open-plan and flat. The pool itself has ladder access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the single bedroom has a door width of 60cm, and the shower room door is also 60cm wide. Please note, that the first-floor staircase steps are steep and turn on lefthand angles.
