The Lower Level This lower level is available on request and provides Two bunk bed areas with a double bunk on the base and a single on the top. Sleeping for 6. Beds are prepared with quality fresh linen and Bath towels are provided. PLEASE NOTE: Petite La Mer is available to sleep additional guests. This lower level room is available for a fee of $350 a night. This lower level predominately is available to our younger guests, allowing parents to have their own space upstairs and our younger guests access to their own TV, bathroom and sleeping area. You must notify us if you wish to book Petite La Mer with your booking. The Upper Level Upstairs be greeted by beautiful hardwood timber floors and a neutral color palette creating a relaxed coastal vibe. Spacious open plan living with large sliding doors opening to the front balcony that looks out to the ocean. The stunning views can be enjoyed from the living areas and from the stunning kitchen featuring stone benchtops, gas cooking and large island bench - that also serves as a breakfast bar. The Kitchen Space The kitchen has a serving window that opens out onto the rear deck and has a space for that morning fruit and coffee looking out across the kitchen space to views of the sea. There is a large bathroom with deep bath, separate shower, vanity room and toilet room perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning keeps the internal climate perfect. The Bedding Configuration The property features upstairs 3 large bedrooms with robes, opening out off the main open living space. 3 Queen beds, with fresh quality linen and Bath towels are provided for your stay. If you have more guests then 6 then you need to book La Mer Petite as well. Alfresco Dining Off the Living Space is a large Veranda / Deck area offering dining for 12 people and a BBQ area, all provided with a covered space so alfresco dining can be enjoyed year round. The enclosed fenced yard to the rear has access from the downstairs area or from the stairs leading off the Deck. This yard provides privacy and a seating area with a fire pit provided for the cooler months. In addition to the rear yard area, there is an enclosed space at the front of the property that is fenced from the street and provides seating and dining whilst enjoying the sounds of the waves. The Property The property provides quality fittings and appliances throughout and is of an executive standard. Flat Screen TV with Wifi and Provision for you to use Your Netflix Account. All requirements are provided for dining - and linen and bath towels are also provided. Views are enjoyed from the upstairs living area, front balcony, and Two of the front bedrooms as well as the Kitchen. Let La Mer provide that Sea Change you have been longing for. Guest access Guests will have the full property available to them. If booking for more then 6 guests, then the lower level bedroom is opened. The bathroom and laundry downstairs on the lower level is always available. The bedroom / living space with two bunk beds containing a double on the base and a single on the top - is opened when you have children staying or additional guests. Please note this room is shared bedding space for 6 people or children. This space best caters for younger teens or children, or provides for additional extended members of the family needing space. Other things to note Small Outdoor Pet on application - we have large covered and protected deck areas and fenced yard. Exercise park located on the Beach side and directly opposite the property and available to use with views to the sea Ferry to Huskisson is approx 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive - Boutique shopping, Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, movie cinema, $15 per head on Ferry for return trip.
