In-town, walk to cafés, beach mins away!

Unwind at this in town, historic Maine colonial in the center of Kennebunk! This home has charm with hardwood floors, glass door knobs, coastal details, and modern amenities throughout. The house sits south of Kennebunk center, a 5 minute walk to the many shops and restaurants this amazing town has to offer. The closest beach (Parsons) is a 6 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride away! At the end of the day, sleep well on our new, deep memory foam mattresses w/ hypoallergenic duvets and pillows! The space Space to hang out in the dining room or living room. House is most comfortable for 6 people in bedrooms with new memory foam mattresses and comfy duvets. USB ports in every room. The twin room is small, and the door would have to be left open if all 4 beds are used. The room is most comfortable for 2 or 3, but could squeeze in a 4th (child or teen in mind) using both twin trundles. Guest access Entire house and basement with large capacity washer and dryer. Other things to note Fire pit and Adirondack chairs in the yard, with patio table and chairs outside too. IMPORTANT: From mid-June through mid-September every year, we require guests to reserve weekly visits only - from Friday to Friday. (Checking in on Friday afternoon and checking out the next Friday morning.) We can be a little flexible in June and September, but otherwise we require weekly rentals during the Summer months.
