Luxury Home with 3 Double Bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms plus extra Toilet and a kids playroom. 200 Metres from beach, Quiet Cul-de-sac, 5/10min walk to Scarborough and Trigg, 15 mins to CBD. Heated Swimming pool. Fantastic entertaining area with BBQ. Great setup for kids: Toys, monkey bars, sandpit, high chair, kid friendly etc 1 family only [2 adults and maximum 3 kids]. We will consider exceptions on request for more than 2 adults (such as the grandparents wishing to stay). The space The house is very modern and well equipped, it is our family home so has everything you need to enjoy your stay (it doesn't just have the basics). It is perfect for kids but also perfect for a couple. Spacious open plan living and large rooms. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and outside areas except for the garage. There is parking space for 2 cars in the driveway and we request that at anytime there is a maximum of 2 cars. Other things to note This is our family home and we will only have guests as per the booking in our home at all times. We will consider making exeptions relating to vistors and will need to be advised of this prior to booking please. It is a great neigbourhood and we dont wish to upset our neighbours and have different people arriving and leaving - nor do we want "strangers" and additional people in our home - thank you for your understadning on this. Room 4 is a playroom. Beach, Bath Towels and Linen provided Our pool is 6m long x 2.85m wide and 1.5m deep. There are 3 steps in the front of the pool (13 cm, 40cm and 62cm deep) and two corner steps at the far end to sit on. (Solar heated, can swim from Oct-April) We have a Gas Weber barbecue, Thermomix and Breville Orcale Touch coffee machine that can be used. We have Netflix, Stan and Free to Air There are TV's in the Master bedroom, lounge and kids playroom. Perfect toy area for kids with lots of things to keep them entertained Home gym available to use.
