The extra charge is 25 euros per night per person for any person above 16 people. But Airbnb allow to set a maximum of only 16 people ( the villa can host up to 20 people) so that means that if you put in the booking form 16 people ( you can 't put more ) but you are for example 20 people then you have to consider that you have to pay also the extra charge for that additional 4 people which unfortunately Airbnb cannot charge it automatically.
