The apartment is in the same house as apartments ONE, TWO, THREE and FIVE. Clearly and neatly structured on 64 square meters of living space: a bedroom with double bed and flat-screen TV, a living room with flat-screen TV, a bathroom and the modern kitchen with dining area in the center of the apartment offer space for two to four people. From the balcony you have great views of the vineyards and the adjacent forest… • Two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom • Balcony with seating for up to four people In the fully equipped kitchen you will find • Induction cooktop with "Bora" extraction system • Dishwasher • Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine • Refrigerator with freezer compartment Two people can sleep in the bedroom and two more on the sofa bed in the living room. Apartment FOUR is a non-smoking apartment in which pets are not allowed. Guest access You have access to the sauna house via the courtyard. We will provide you with a bathrobe on request (subject to availability). Other things to note • Overnight stays are generally bookable from two nights (single night on request) We have prepared freshly made beds, hand/bath and dish towels for you. The apartment is available on the day of arrival from 4 PM and available to you on the day of departure until 10 AM. This is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT; Pets are NOT allowed and our apartment is NOT a party location / "meeting point" for meeting friends or family.
