Your own beautiful 2 level house with 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds, 2 double beds & a twin) and 2.5 baths (1,850 sqft) in Beaverton. Washer/dryer in house with 2 driveway parking spots and street parking. Hard wood floor main level, carpet throughout second level, high ceiling, great nature lighting. Large deck, grill and private backyard facing open field. High speed internet(600mbps). Close to parks, walking trails, shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Intel and Nike, 12 miles to DT Portland. The space There are total of four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms located in the house. The space could accommodate up to 11 people, air conditioned and heating, washer/dryer in unit. A total of four bedrooms all located upstairs: -Bedroom#1 is the master bedroom, which has two full size beds, full bathroom with stand alone shower. -Bedrooms#2, #3 have queen-size beds, comfortable mattress, closet and hangers. -Bedroom#4 has a queen bed and a twin bed. -Fully fenced backyard with propane grill and firepit. The firepit is a propane firepit, do not burn wood in it. The propane tank is in the grey metal box next to the firepit. -We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO Max subscriptions! Guest access Guest will have the full access to the house, backyard, garage, propane firepit, bbq grill, laundry machines. Other things to note 1. This house is in a quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful and friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules. 2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it. We will need the information of the person that is staying in the house, as well as a copy of their ID. 3. We recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation is strict, and we will uphold our cancellation policy in any types of events. 4. Check-in for guests is AFTER 4pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure. May-September is our high season, due to back to back turns we can not offer any early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in may be possible with additional fee during the rest of the year, please check availability with your host. In the event that extensive cleaning and/or repairs are required, check-in may be delayed until after 5:00 p.m.
