Couples Getaway - this 1BR, 1 Bath rental has a full kitchen and is 1 block from all the restaurants and shops! Tastefully decorated and comfortable. A great place to snuggle up after a fun day exploring the area. Located on Kalamazoo Lake with a great view of the water from the apartment and balcony. Free parking for two vehicles and easy contact-free entry. If you are sensitive to noises (like a hotel) then this may not be the right fit for you. The space Lots of amenities included! Coffee, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, paper towel, robe, toothbrushes/paste, cotton rounds, Q-tips, feminine supplies, white noisemaker, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, games/cards, etc. This condo is part of a multi-unit building so please be aware that while you have complete privacy, most likely you WILL hear other guests during your stay. For this reason, we provide white-noise machines in the bedroom. NOTE: There is NO CABLE TV at this location - however we provide Roku TVs with free internet. Other things to note **Occupancy limit is 2** NOTE: This property is part of a 3-unit building. The upper 2 units share a balcony but have separate areas for sitting (see photos). The unit is private, but is near the other 2, so please expect some interaction with other people on occasion - you WILL hear them during your stay. Because of this, we have provided noisemakers to help reduce any disturbances, but please know that the location of this unit is along the main street of Saugatuck, and summer months are busy and full of people enjoying themselves late into the night. :-) If you are sensitive to noises (like a hotel) then this may not be the right fit for you.
