New 90 m² chalet with mezzanine, modern and comfortable, for 6 to 8 people, located at No. 1242 on the road to the Archaz at the edge of the red 'Edelweiss' slope allowing you to leave and return on skis depending on the snow conditions. Quiet environment in a beautiful setting with views of the mountains. Chalet rated 3 stars by the resort's tourist office, verifiable. Sunday arrivals are closed during school holidays. The space New 90 m² chalet with mezzanine, modern and comfortable, for 6 to 8 people, located on the Archaz road at the edge of the 'Edelweiss' red ski slope allowing you to leave and return on skis depending on the snow conditions at the time. Very quiet and calm environment. Great for vacations with family or friends in a beautiful setting. Three parking spaces are available in front of the chalet. Ski room in the garage equipped with ski boot heaters and a heated wardrobe for suits and gloves. Cottage with balcony facing south/west allowing maximum sunshine. A terrace is available with a barbecue for outdoor dining. On the first level, a kitchen and dining room with exceptional unobstructed views of the mountains, a living room with a corner sofa bed for one to two people, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom and separate toilets. On the mezzanine level, open to the kitchen-dining room, a special space will accommodate children with a small play area and two 90 beds, a separate bedroom with a 140 bed and a shower room with toilet. TV in living room and free Wi-Fi via ORANGE box. The chalet is 1.4 km from the center of Valloire, ski lifts and ski schools. Shuttle stop at 100 meters. Paid shuttles for over 18s, offered by the host . The cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants. A security deposit of €150 is required at check-in, either in cash, check or bank transfer. If the tenant does not wish to do so, this service is offered at an additional cost. Only during the French school holidays at the end of the year (Christmas/New Year's Day) and winter holidays, bed linen is included (beds made upon your arrival). Outside of these periods, bed linen and towels are offered for rent, at extra cost. No pets are allowed. Guest access The chalet is located 1242 route de l 'Archaz 1.4 km from the center of the village, gondola departures and ski schools. 100 meters from the chalet, a shuttle makes rotations to the station every 30 minutes during school holidays and 40 minutes outside the period. Paid packages for adults are offered by us. In summer, the telegraph pass and the Purchase map are accessible by free bus. Outdoor parking in front of the cottage. Other things to note Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. A deposit of €150 is required upon arrival in case of cleaning not done. If the vacationer does not wish to clean, this service is offered for an additional €100. No pets are allowed. We provide you with free bed linen and cleaning (fitted sheet + duvet cover and earcases and duvet covers) during the French summer holidays of Christmas and February. Bathroom linen is not provided but offered with extra charge (5 euros) A 20% discount on ski equipment is offered by our partners in the resort. 2 sleds at your disposal, free of charge.
