This private residence is set in 3.5 acres of gardens and surrounded by fields and woodlands. The lovely Roman Cathedral City of Chichester is only 3 miles away and is the only city in West Sussex. Cedar House nestled in a beautiful part of Old Bosham and is discreetly hidden yet perfectly located to reach the local harbour, beaches, shops and pubs. As soon as you turn into the driveway, you're sure to be impressed. A large, manicured front lawn with towering trees leads to an equally impressive main residence with Cedar House tucked away at the rear with 6 parking spaces available for guest use. Other things to note We extend a warm welcome to adventurous travelers/culture enthusiasts/business professionals/families/couples & friend getaways, who appreciate the beauty of Bosham and the unique charm of our cosy abode. The ideal space for creating lasting memories. All main living space is located on the first floor giving beautiful views to the North and East of the property. The bedroom layout is designed for 8 guests, however there is an option to split the beds into comfy singles to allow more varied groups to stay. Please discuss this with us if your requirements are different. Please Note: There are absolutely no parties allowed at the property. We also have a second & third property on the grounds which can be booked at the same time if available.
