Large plot with barbecues, garden furniture - outdoor dining - spring and autumn. The space Located in lovely countryside on the Normandy/Brittany borders within large, flat, landscaped grounds. Ideal for large families or friends, the accommodation features 2 properties for exclusive use, each cottage has 3 bedrooms with large oak beamed, open plan kitchen/dining/living areas. Much of the original character of the properties has been retained, including beamed ceilings and exposed granite walls, yet incorporating modern conveniences such as high-speed wifi, UK Freeview TV, large film libraries and fully equipped kitchens. The private pool is heated to a comfortable 27 degrees and children are well catered for with large outside spaces - table tennis as well as a games room with pool table, table football and darts. In a beautiful private country setting, yet only a few minutes from the market town of St James with all amenities. Many major attractions (e.g. Mont St Michel, adventure parks/zoos, golf, historic towns) and great beaches are within easy reach. A perfect location to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Games room with pool table, table football, darts and mini ping pong. Other things to note Two lodges next to each other on a large plot - rented exclusively together - popular with large groups - you can eat together.
