The space The 100 m² apartments can accommodate 2 to 8 people. They are complemented by a south-facing terrace of more than 30 m². Very spacious and bright thanks to their bay windows, they open to the outside and reinforce the impression of freedom and the outdoors. Comfortably seated on your terrace, you can admire the panoramic view of the beautiful Lac de Serre-Ponçon. Luxuriously and very comfortably furnished, the apartments are equipped with: - a modern and fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, - a spacious and air-conditioned living room with dining area and seating area with flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove, - a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room, - 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, - 2 bathrooms, 1 with shower and 1 with bathtub (including 1 with toilet), - 1 separate WC. As a tenant of the estate, you have free access to the swimming pool and existing sports facilities. The swimming pool, with separate paddling pool, is located on the edge of the lake and is a place to relax in an idyllic setting. It is accessible from June to September (depending on weather conditions). A playground is also available for children with an inflatable castle in summer that will delight the little ones. In summer, our entertainment team welcomes you for moments of leisure and fun. Each week, during the welcome drink, our team offers you a welcome drink, the opportunity to directly immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the estate while discovering the entertainment program. Your children from 5 to 12 years old will be welcomed free of charge from Monday to Friday for about 4 hours a day at the mini-club. During the day, a program of sports activities is offered. Our team ensures the atmosphere of the estate several evenings during the week. On the agenda: entertainer shows, dances, karaoke, games, children's shows, themed evenings, etc.; a program synonymous with successful and unforgettable vacations! Vacations are also about enjoying a good meal in a family atmosphere. The estate's bar, with its panoramic terrace, is open in summer and offers light refreshments. Check-in and check-out information: The keys are handed over on site, at the reception of the holiday village. - From 07/11 to 08/22 inclusive, check-in can take place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
