The holiday home (village 4, house no. 4) impresses with elegant, stylish furnishings, high-quality fittings and free Wi-Fi. A generous 102 m² of living space comfortably accommodates up to 7 holiday guests – ideal for families, couples and friends. The well-kept house is elevated, on a plot of approx. 1,036 m² and offers a terrace protected from view with a magnificent view of the forest. This is where the heart of nature lovers beats faster. The space Living area: The living area is equipped with a cosy sofa. All guests can find space here in front of the large flat-screen TV. Eat & Cook: In the kitchenette, an induction hob with oven and a dishwasher are available for you. The dining table made of mango wood offers all holiday guests enough space to dine together. Sleeping: On the upper floor of the holiday home there are four cosily furnished bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a large double bed with two single mattresses and a private washbasin. Bedroom 3 is equipped with two single beds. Bedroom 4 is for private use and has a single bed. Bath: The holiday home has two bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet. Bathroom 1 is located on the ground floor. Bathroom 2 with washing machine is located upstairs. Sauna: The sauna, which is located directly in the building, is available to you free of charge. You are welcome to bring your pet. Other things to note There are additional incidentals on site: Electricity, water and gas are billed separately on site according to consumption: Electricity: 0.50 EUR/kWh, gas heating: 6.00 EUR/m³, water: 10.00 EUR/m³ Tourist tax (cost of 1.00 EUR per person per day) Bed linen/towels: EUR 15.00 per person (optional) A deposit of 200.00 euros must be paid on site.
