Our peaceful, fully-remodeled homestead rock house located in the Animas Valley, just 20 minutes north of Durango, CO. The space Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level home was built in 1955 by one of the original homesteaders on what used to be one of the original valley ranches north of Durango, where privacy abounds and frequent wildlife sightings include deer, elk, black bear, wild turkey, hawks etc. .   The home has been completely remodeled offering a fantastic gourmet kitchen and modern bathrooms but also retains its original charm. The property also features a fenced yard, outdoor covered space and a season irrigation creek that runs thru the property. Bed Configuration: Master Suite - King Bed with private bath (main level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (main level) 3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Single over Single) . (main level) Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
